Greg is the founder of Stone Law Office (formerly Stone & Dastranj LLP). Previously, Greg served as in-house counsel to a multinational corporation in the auto industry and practiced law in the business law department at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, one of Canada’s leading national laws firms.

Greg is an experienced business lawyer with a proven track record of providing pragmatic legal solutions to business clients. With extensive experience in both private practice and as in-house counsel, and with a background in finance and accounting, Greg is able to work seamlessly with business owners, executives, accountants, bankers, and other professionals to ensure that matters are dealt with efficiently and with absolute integrity. Greg regularly advises clients on a full range of business law matters including: complex commercial agreements, acquisitions and divestitures, tax-driven corporate reorganizations, corporate structuring, debt and equity financing, franchise matters, directors’ and officers’ liability, corporate governance, professional corporations, and family trusts.
